Banchi di Gusto
Dolce Pendente is more and more famous. Invited at “ Banchi di Gusto” by the consortium Toscana Sapori and the CNA, he was the protagonist of an interesting show cooking, presented by Giorgio Dracopoulos, food and wine expert of “ Corriere del vino” magazine and other specialized publications. Pastry chef Luca Terrazzano introduced Dolce Pendente and his regional creams, that were tasted by the people. Among classic and innovative products of the Pisa territory, could not miss the first dessert that challenges gravity.
